Hotel Grand Mahal Srinagar , Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir)

I had a really disappointing experience at the hotel. The room we stayed in had serious maintenance issues, and the cleanliness was far from ideal. The location was quite inconvenient, making it tough to get around. On the upside, I did appreciate the friendly staff who tried to assist us as best as they could, but the overall value for money just didn’t match the expectations set by the star rating.

Hotel Grand Mahal is a delightful stay in the heart of Srinagar. The staff, led by Mr. Mohammed Mudasir, provides exceptional service, making you feel right at home. The rooms are pristine and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was amazing, but I think the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and a memorable experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The ambiance and the comfort of the rooms exceeded my expectations, and I was really impressed with the outstanding hospitality, especially from Mr. Ashiq Pandit and Mr. Nadeem. The food was quickly served in my room and was delicious, though the breakfast could use some improvement. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again during the summer!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the reception staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were filled with natural light and had big, comfy beds. However, the location was a bit far from the main attractions, so a lake view was out of reach. The dining was decent but could use more variety, especially for dinner.
